Many of our members have receiving an email saying their account was inactive and you would receive another email when their account would be activated again.   We are investigating the source of this issue in the site and if you receive such an email contact support@mixriders.org for manual account reactivation.

Some members have noticed issues with logging in...

If you should have issues logging into the site (probably where you log in, but then it does not show you as being logged in or allow you to do things that require your being logged in), the fix is to clear the cookies from your browser.

• For Internet Explorer (8)... Go to Tools > Internet Options.  On the General tab, click the Delete button in the Browsing History section.  Here you can select the option to delete your Cookies.
• For Firefox (3.5.x)...  Go to Tools > Options.  On the History tab, select Use Custom Settings for History from the drop-down menu.  Click the Show Cookies button, scroll down to mixriders.com in the list, then click the Remove Cookies button.  Do the same for mixriders.org.  This should take care of the problem -- if not, use the Remove All Cookies button instead.
• Note that the exact steps will be slightly different, depending on your browser version
